Territory Sales - Germany & Poland

Working Place:     Home office, reporting to DormFresh Head Office in Perth, Scotland

Travelling:             Necessary up to 100 days (230 working days a year) for;
                               Internal meetings in Europe, UK and USA
                               European and UK Markets
We are looking for a professional with a positive attitude, the ability to listen, and provide market leadership.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Leading, guiding, directing, and evaluating sales and sales opportunities in the DormFresh territory.

• Create strategies to secure sales, turnover, and profitability of our product range.

• Support research and Development to enhance current and future product range.

• Support Marketing by providing Market Intelligence and Life Cycle Management information.

• Research and develop new market opportunities.

• Creating, communicating, and implementing the Company vision, mission, and overall direction

• Maintain awareness of both the external and internal competitive landscape, opportunities for expansion, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards and so forth.

Selected Key Deliverables

• Grow sales, volumes, profitability, and customer satisfaction to meet and exceed territory’s annual KPI’s.

• Weekly on-farm and in the office prospecting visits.

• Visit and develop relationships with influential growers, establishing what’s important to them, and how to meet their needs.

SM Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in European potato storage management products and practices.

• Good communication skills with the ability to communicate internally, with customers and stakeholders within the industry.

• Knowledge and background in sales and market development.

• Technical knowledge, as well as knowledge of regulations, policy and procedures that affect the products.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire people to action through influencing.

• Effectively lead teams.

• Experience in the European agro-chemical industry.
